In the opening remarks of the European Political Community summit in Tirana, Prime Minister Edi Rama said that Europe in this period has the need and the opportunity to “reinvent” itself, amid the many challenges that have engulfed the whole world.
“When Donald Trump said that God saved him from the bullet, that the Almighty had a plan for the Americans, he said only half the truth. The other half is that God has a plan for Europe. God has given Europe an opportunity reinvent itself”, said Rama.”.
